Management software on Cadau

Cameras

Connect face-recognition cameras to the workspace. People allowed through clock in and out. Security either admits only listed people, or watches only people who should not appear. Alerts can go by SMS or email. Live video can record to this PC and play back by time.

The cameras stay yours. This module records passages, attendance, and alerts — not a second, disconnected video platform. Tell the app assistant “who clocked in today” or “play the gate at 3 p.m.”; it acts within your permissions.

The familiar grind

You can see people at the door — and still cannot match the work

Who came through does not match the roster

The guard knows faces; the roster lives somewhere else. “Who arrived, and when?” still means hunting a log.

Someone who should not be there walks past first

You notice after they have gone. Alerts bounce around chat; the snapshot is hard to find.

When something happens, that clip is missing

You know it was sometime after lunch, then scrub a long recording. The seconds before and after were never kept separately.

A different way

Open Cameras and talk to the app assistant

People allowed through clock in and out

First recognition of the day is clock-in; another after at least five minutes is clock-out. Ask “who clocked in today”.

Pick one security mode

Admit only listed people, or ignore everyone else and watch only people who should not appear. Every page shows the mode; you do not re-pick after a restart.

Alerts, plus playback

SMS and/or email to named contacts. SMS is a numeric reminder; email includes the snapshot. Play by time; about 15 seconds before and after a violation are kept.

What you can do

Cameras, people, attendance, security, and playback in one place

Cameras

An admin adds address, port, and account. After save, test the link. Live recording to disk is on by default.

Live view

Watch the current picture. Allowed people slide to the left with name and snapshot; violation snapshots stack at the top right — drag, tile, or dismiss.

People

Allowed people feed attendance; people who should not appear feed security. A face photo can be taken or pasted, then sent to every camera.

Attendance and passage

Who walked through, unknown faces, and zone entries. Allowed people get clock-in and clock-out for the day.

Security alerts

Open reminders stay until handled. SMS only, email only, or both. The same person on the same camera is not alerted again for about two minutes.

Playback

Pick a camera, date, and time. Recordings live on the PC that runs this app; folder and retention can be changed.

Conversation is the action

Talking to the assistant is doing the work

Say what to do and it acts. Only “how do I add a camera” gets a how-to.

Tell the app assistant

“List cameras”

Tell the app assistant

“Who clocked in today”

Tell the app assistant

“Any open security alerts”

Tell the app assistant

“Switch security to admit only listed people”

Tell the app assistant

“Play the gate this afternoon at 3”

Tell the app assistant

“Stop continuous recording on the gate”

Who it helps

Each role takes one job

People on watch

Open live view. Violation snapshots stack at the top right; open one to play the seconds around it.

People who track attendance

Ask “today’s attendance”. First recognition of an allowed person is clock-in.

Admin

Add cameras, register face photos, pick the security mode, and name who gets alerts. You can also choose which folder on this PC stores recordings.

Next

Three steps to feel it

1

Pick a workspace and open Cameras

The first admin open syncs notes the assistant can read.

2

Add a camera, then one or two people

Save and test the link. Allowed people feed attendance; pick a security mode when you need to watch for the wrong person.

3

Ask who clocked in, or play a time

Live view records to this PC by default. Add alert contacts and a recording folder when you need them.

The camera and the PC that runs this app must be on the same LAN. The callback must not be loopback, and must not be the Cadau entry URL. This release does not draw tripwires in the app, and does not sync the HR roster automatically.
