An admin can add a workspace front-desk or support mailbox. Members can send and receive.

Say how it should read, review the draft, then send. You do not write the whole letter first.
In a shared mailbox, name the stance on a message. The assistant drafts; you confirm.
Add a shared workspace mailbox. Personal accounts stay private to the person who added them.
The first admin open syncs notes the assistant can read.

For NetEase and QQ mail, use an authorization code, not the website password. This release has no account OAuth and no outbound attachments; inbound attachments can be previewed or downloaded.
