Workstation kit
Laptops, monitors, keyboards issued to people and kept against a name.
A simple stock tool for workstation equipment and stationery. Tell the assistant to receive, issue, or show stock; it acts within your permissions.
This is not a full warehouse. It covers laptops and desk accessories assigned to people, plus paper and notebooks. New-hire issue can land here too.
Laptops, monitors, keyboards issued to people and kept against a name.
Printer paper, notebooks, pens. Say “receive 10 boxes of paper”; the assistant acts within your permissions.
No shop-floor materials, customer orders, or pick paths. Embed the assistant on the page you already use for that.
Code, name, unit, safety stock, location. Mark valuables as “needs custody” to track who holds them.
Add or deduct stock and keep a ledger. Reverse a mistake from the movement list.
Onboarding can create an issue todo. Valuables can be issued, handed over, returned, or collected on exit.
Start a count, enter actuals, finish and adjust. An unfinished count can be voided.
You do not memorize tabs. Only “how do I open counts” gets a how-to.
The first admin open syncs notes the assistant can read.
Consumables only move in and out. Laptops get the custody flag.
Connect new-hire issue when you want kit and stationery in the new person’s hands.
Same open path as HR and compliance: pick a workspace, then open it from the app desktop.
