Mastery is not turning every switch on. It is choosing bounds: who signs in, where the assistant appears, and who owns the data.
Ask three questions
- Do people still work mainly in an existing business system?
- Do you need a full specialist module on the app desktop?
- Do you only need to call existing APIs from Messages?
