Plugin apps
HR, warehouse, compliance, email, and cameras appear as full modules on the app desktop. Talk to the app assistant to get work done.
A plugin app is a specialist system on the workbench: a full interface and its own business data. After you select a workspace, open it from the Apps desktop.
It is not a notepad or a simple stock tool, and it is not embedding the assistant in a legacy system. Small tools use workspace apps. If people still work in a legacy HR or OA system, use embed.

Evidence and todos for a compliance check are handled in a workflow. Completing a join, leave, or transfer can also start a handling flow automatically.
How to open
- Select a workspace in the top bar
- Open Apps, then tap the icon
The app desktop is unavailable until a workspace is selected. The first time an admin opens a plugin, its guide is synced into workspace knowledge so assistants understand the module.
Who you talk to
Inside a plugin, tell the app assistant what to do. It acts within your permissions — you do not have to remember which tab to click. Ask “how do I open …” only when you want the entry path.
Say the same kind of request to the help assistant in another module, and it uses the same operations. It will not send you to click the page yourself.
