Product features: agent memos

In user language: store records you will need in chat (text, files, images) by tag and look them up later. This is not preferences the assistant remembers automatically.

Who can use it

• My agents in a workspace: each assistant has its own memos, belonging only to your instance.
• Help agent: no memos.
• Copying an agent plan does not bring memos.

Select a workspace first, then in Messages select your own agent.

“Tasks” are to-do drafts — not the same as memos on this page.

Tags

• Unique: one record per name. E.g. employee “Zhang San” — later notes about Zhang San write into this one.
• Repeatable: each time is a new record. E.g. leave, expense.

Every save automatically includes a save date. Files and images are stored after the assistant writes a content description.

How to save

Say it in chat, e.g.:

• “Save this into memos, tag leave”
• “Note employee Zhang San: phone …”
• Attach an image or file then say “save into memos”

You can also switch the composer mode to Memo, then say “note…”, “look up…” without saying “memo” every time; to write memory, say “write into memory”. After switching to memo, a memo pane appears on the left of the conversation (drag to move, drag edges to resize); after you close it a leftover Memo button can be dragged elsewhere — tap it or the composer icon to reopen, no need to switch mode. When the assistant changes memos, the pane updates immediately. After you select memos in the pane, you can change or delete them in chat.

You can also note text by hand on the agent Memos page. Files/images are better given to the assistant in chat so it can generate a description.

How to look up

• “Look up memos …”
• “Look up expenses from 1 Aug to 14 Aug 2026”
• “Look up employee info”, “look up leave”

If you did not clearly ask to take numbers from memos, and you are not in memo mode, the assistant will not search memos.

How to change or delete

In the memo pane, tick one or more items in the left boxes; the composer shows selected tags. Say “change the phone to…”, “delete” — no need to have the assistant search first. × on a tag clears the selection. The read icon on the right of each item opens a larger window for the full text.
