Use the action assistant for Human Resources
with a workspace selected and Human Resources enabled:

In user language: with a workspace selected and Human Resources enabled:
- Open the lower-right assistant inside Apps → Human Resources: this is the workspace app assistant (a work agent). It can look up and change this workspace’s HR data, with full memory. You say what you want; it does it. Within 20 minutes of last open or last message it continues the previous conversation; after 20 minutes it starts a new one. If it stays open with no talk for over 20 minutes, closing and reopening also starts a new conversation (you can still pick an older one from History).
- The same kind of do-it request to the help agent in other Cadau modules uses the same operations as the app assistant — not a guide-only answer.

Entries when they ask “how do I open”
Only when the user currently has Human Resources open should the answer include the deep links below. If they ask from another module, describe the entry in words — do not emit plugin=hr “Open…” links.

The assistant fetches real data or writes using app-assistant operations — not a read-only product brochure.

- Is the Human Resources service running
- For writes, was an admin account used; were dangerous actions clearly confirmed
- Is the app-assistant binding OK: Workspace collaboration → App assistant
