Common modules
| What you see | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Messages | Chat with the help agent or a workspace agent; manage conversations; upload attachments; with files, preview in the bubble or on the right |
| Apps | This workspace’s apps desktop: open small tools by app set (receiving, notes, reports). You can also ask an agent in Messages to create an app, or keep polishing with Improve inside the app |
| Contacts | Person-to-person chat and friends; after you select a workspace, also workspace group chat (see Contacts) |
| Agents | My agents and Agent marketplace: create, edit, maintain knowledge, website embed; the marketplace can save as a template and review to list |
| Skills Center | Skills available in the current workspace; import/export skill packs; conversation-derived skills can show body text, Improve, and version history |
| Workflow | Create a flow from a template (e.g. on-site compliance check); optionally publish to the apps desktop |
| Scheduled tasks | On-time reminders or auto-runs for an agent (select a workspace first; see Scheduled tasks) |
| Workspace collaboration | Create, switch, rename, delete workspaces; invite and join requests; maintain the workspace knowledge base and asset library (templates, samples, office styles you publish); support queue (requests, local seats, support groups) |
| Account | Profile, change password, time zone and theme, interface language, default page after login, in-chat file preview, About and release notes; no workspace required (see Account (identity and preferences)) |
| Support (local seat or support-group member) | Top-bar Support opens the support desk to take tickets; admins who are neither still enter from the feature menu |

Help agent (in Messages)
- When it appears: Right after registration, with no workspace yet, Messages shows Create a workspace and Join a workspace; you can also chat with the help agent first. If you already have a workspace but none is selected, the first workspace opens automatically. After a workspace is selected, you can still pick the built-in help agent in the left agent list for platform-wide how-tos.
- What it can do: how to choose a workspace, what each module is for, login and theme, knowledge-base layers, agent memory, and more. It can also do the work: with no workspace selected, say “help me create a workspace” (it asks for a name; if you skip it, My workspace). Tapping Create a workspace immediately creates “My workspace”. Join a workspace lets you enter a number and request to join a colleague’s workspace. After you create or newly enter a workspace, a work agent named Start appears and its conversation opens. After a workspace is selected you can also say “help me create an agent”, “help me generate a skill”, “create an app”, written into the current workspace. You do not have to read a guide then paste on a page. For “how do I open a page”, the answer may include a
clickable action link. - Conversation history: same as a formal workspace chat — multiple conversations, history, and context.
Cadau’s interface can be Chinese or English. The help agent answers in your interface language.
Action assistant (lower right)
- When it appears: lower right on Agents, Skills Center, Workspace collaboration, Apps, Contacts, Account, and similar pages. It does not appear in Messages (you are already chatting with the help agent or a work agent).
- Cadau modules (no platform plugin open): tap the star to open the help agent and ask how the product works. Streaming replies, Stop, conversation list, and the main message area share the same capabilities.
- Platform plugin open on the apps desktop (e.g. Human Resources): the same entry becomes the workspace app assistant (a work agent) — look up and change business data, with memory across conversations.
- Quick prompts: after you enter, besides generic chips, 1–3 contextual prompts appear above the composer based on which module you came from (tap to fill). In app-assistant mode they are mostly business actions.
- Human support: if an admin enabled human support for the matching agent and someone is on shift, the shortcut bar ends with Human support; if nobody is on shift, only Submit a ticket remains (see Human support).
- Admin: Workspace collaboration → App assistant to view or rebind the default work agent.
Clickable links in answers
When you ask “how do I open a page”, the answer may include links such as “Go to Workspace collaboration”; clicking switches to that module. If you want the assistant to do it (for example “help me create a workspace”, “rename the workspace to…”), the help agent asks for parameters in the conversation and does it, instead of only giving a page link.
