How to get things done
Tell the app assistant in Manufacturing HR what you want, e.g. “list plant 1 workshops”, “give Zhang San one day of leave”, “this week’s attendance”. It acts within your permissions. Only “how do I open shifts” gets a page explanation.
Workdays, public holidays, and makeup days follow the workspace work calendar (security or 26-day systems can use a separately named calendar). Leave, overtime, missed-punch, Offer, visitors, and raises go through Cadau Workflow; this app does not add another approval stack. Gates and similar hardware that support MCP are called by Cadau after you enable external tool MCP in the workspace; devices without MCP use import, vendor APIs, push, or manual.

You can also open the desktop then the icon. If the user is not currently in Manufacturing HR, describe the entry in words — do not copy deep links.
Settings
HR specialists or admins in Manufacturing HR → Settings pick which workflow to start for hire, leave, transfer, leave requests, overtime, missed-punch, Offer, visitors, and raises.
